DraGo's Camping
“’t Hoefke” is the meeting place of the local scouts. The building has three gathering rooms, three toilets, two showers and a small kitchen. It is about two kilometers to the playing venue, one kilometer to a supermarket.
't Hoefke used to be a farm and was completely modernised in 2024. It still has grass fields surrounding it and we will use these as a campsite for a maximum of 60 people. You bring your own tent, sleeping bag and anything else you might need. Find your favorite spot, put up the tent and enjoy. (Tents only, for campers and caravans we advise Stadscamping ).
Showers etc are in the main building. The kitchen has a fridge, a stove and a few pots and pans. Keep in mind you will be sharing with the others so try to bring as much gear as you need yourself and limit your fridge use as far as possible.
If it is not too dry, the fire pit can be used for a small campfire.
There is no electricity for the tents. We will probably have small lockers with USB-charging in the bulding so everybody can safely store their phone and a few small things like your passport. There are some regular outlets in the building, but best bring as few electrical appliances as possible.
The site is at the edge of town, separated by a canal. We think the area is quite safe, but the responsibility for your valuables is with you. Consider taking them with you, storing them in the main building at daytime or locking them out of sight in your car.
There is no Wifi. Consider taking a cheap data plan or use the Wifi at 1931.
Parking just outside the gate is free. A busy road is nearby but not too noisy.
Each group here should have at least one 18+ adult and all must be registered for the EGC. Not all your group members have to be paid players. Feel free to bring some non-playing Visitors but please register them so they get a badge and we know who is around.
At the moment we give priority to longer stays and require minimum seven nights. If by March there are places left, we will also allow short stays, for example weekend-only. If that is of interest to you then send us an email to be put on the waiting list for that.
The price is € 10 per person per night, 17 years or younger € 5.
