DraGo's Camping

“’t Hoefke” is the meeting place of the local scouts. The building has three gathering rooms, three toilets, two showers and a small kitchen.

It used to be a farm and still has grass fields surrounding it. We will use these as a campsite for a maximum of 60 people. You bring your own tent, sleeping bag and anything else you might need. Find your favorite spot, put up the tent and enjoy. (For campers we advise https://www.stadscampingoverboord.nl/ ).

Showers etc are in the main building. The kitchen has a fridge, a stove and a few pots and pans. But keep in mind you will be sharing with the others so try to bring as much as you need yourself.

There is no electricity for the tents. We will probably have small lockers with USB-charging in the bulding so everybody can safely store their phone and a few small things like your passport. There are a few regular outlets in the building, but best bring as few electrical appliances as possible.

The site is at the edge of town, but separated by a canal. We think the area is quite safe, but the responsibility for your valuables is with you. Consider taking them with you, storing them in the main building at daytime or locking them out of sight in your car.

There is no Wifi here (there is in 1931). Consider taking a cheap data plan or use the Wifi at 1931.

Parking just outside the gate is free.

Each group camping here should have at least one 18+ adult and of course you must be linked to the EGC.

Price: € 10 pp per night, bookable per week (saturday-saturday).

- if you want to stay inside or you bring a tent,
- and whether you want first week, second week or both weeks.
