For the early discounts your payment date decides the price, not your registration date.

For youth discounts, your age at check-in date (July 2027) decides:

          00-11 years old : 80% discount

          12-17 years old : 50% discount

Cancel before 1 Februari 2027 to get a full refund.

Cancel before 1 April 2027 to get a 50% refund.

We encourage registration of groups, especially for young players.  The following rules apply. Do not hesitate to contact us on info@egc2027.nl with any questions.

A group must be at least ten paying people. These must have a clear connection together, for example being members of the same local Go club or being students of the same online teacher. Just living in the same country is not enough to qualify as a group.

Groups get a 10% discount on the registration fee of the current period. This can be combined with youth discounts.

The group procedure is as follows:

1. Send us an email with a description of your proposed group: how many adults/children, what brings you together, how long will you attend. You do not yet need to provide the names and details of all players, just a count like "Three kids (0-11 years), five teens (12-17 years) and 5 adults (18+)".
2. We will then let you know if we accept this as a group booking and confirm the total price for the group. This will have to be paid as one wire payment. Let us know if you would like a formal invoice.
   Group bookings with discount are not refundable but you are allowed to substitute players.
3. Somewhere next spring we will send you a spreadsheet that you can use to provide the participant details. Return that to us asap, but no later than 1st July 2027. You can add extra players if they belong to the same group. The same discounted price will apply. If it is more than a few then we will ask you for another wire payment, otherwise we will settle upon check-in.
   We will add them to our player list.
4. A few days before arrival, your group leader should contact us. We will set up a time for them to welcome them and check in for the whole group. At that time, we will also do some final checks. This could lead to a price adjustment, for example if you substituted a child player by an adult player.

And then a final disclaimer: this procedure is set up for honest group bookings. If we see any misuse of these rules then we can take any measures that we seem reasonable.
