Discounts
For the early discounts your payment date decides the price, not your registration date.
For youth discounts, your age at check-in date (July 2027) decides:
00-11 years old : 80% discount
12-17 years old : 50% discount
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel before 1 April 2027 to get a 50% refund.
Cancel between 1 April 2027 and 30 June 2027 to get a 25% refund.
No refunds if you cancel on 1 July 2027 or later.
Registrations are not transferable.
Groups. We encourage registration of groups, especially for young players. Please get in touch with info@egc2027.nl for group registrations and bulk payments. Within such groups, registration transfers are possible.
